Returns and Exchanges

Our Guarantee

If, for any reason, an item of jewellery purchased from us does not give 100% customer satisfaction we will exchange it or offer a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase date.

Items need to be returned in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. Pack the items securely, include all paperwork and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

EU Right of Withdrawal

As per the EU legislation, EU customers have the following rights:

  • 14-day withdrawal window — customers have 14 days from delivery of the last item to notify Aurora 
  • Return timing — customers must return goods within 14 days of notifying Aurora Jewellery
  • Refund timing — refunds will happen when all the information has been provided by the customer within the timing deadlines.
  • Return shipping responsibility — customers are responsible for the returns shipping
  • Standard outbound shipping — outbound shipping will be refund  at the standard delivery cost (not premium options)
  • Exemptions — any custom or personalised items will not qualify
